初期化時にボート情報がアップデートされない

初期化時にボート情報がアップデートされない。

インストールディスクイメージ install_disk_sd_20170216_iotg3l.imgにて、初期化を行ったところ、
ボード情報への書き込みが実施されず、初期化が上手くいきません。
